Did you know that most women in medicine aren’t in leadership positions? In fact, the majority of them are discriminated against, both in the United States and globally. 
MediGirls aims to create a community of girls who are dedicated to supporting like-minded women. 
We want to make sure EVERY girl has the opportunity to follow their dreams of going into the medical field AND be free of discrimination once they make it. 
Is this a big goal? Yes, but it’s an even bigger problem.
